Cranberry Eggnog Cornbread Scones

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
This is a fast and delicious recipe that Hubby and I just love! Sometimes I substitute currants, sometimes use plain milk instead of egg nog, but they're always yummy!

Peanut Butter Candy Blossoms

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
YUMMY!! I actually used this recipe in place of the better recipes for Peanut Butter Blossoms with chocolate kisses because they have twice the peanut butter. I just rolled tsp. of batter in sugar, baked same temp and time, then stuck a kiss in the center immediately after taking them out of the oven. This will be a standard cookie at my house!

Italian Lemon Cornmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2007
These are absolutely awful. I pride myself on my cookies and love to share with those at work, but I wouldn't even let these leave the house. They have a horrible after taste and the lemon juice and cornmeal do not complement each other. Find another recipe.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2007
To quote my husband, "WOW!" I adapted the recipe for our special dietary needs, using lean turkey ham, soy milk sweetened with stevia powder, non-dairy margarine, stone ground whole wheat flour, and topped it with some soy cheese. Incredible!! I also used smoked sea salt instead of regular salt which I do in all my recipes. Absolutely wonderful!!

Crisp Lemon Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2006
My husband requested lemon cookies for Christmas so I tried these. Absolutely delicious! I added some yellow food coloring for that "lemony" look. I made a second batch with an extra tsp of lemon extract for a real sharp lemon flavor.

New Brunswick Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
These are absolutely delicious! I made them for my husband to take to work today and all his coworkers loved them! Since we're both lactose intolerant, I substituted Crisco for butter, soymilk for the milk and cream, and used non-dairy chocolate chips.

Cake Mix Cookies IV

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2003
Quick and easy and the whole family loves them! I have tried this recipe with several different kinds of cake mixes and have had great results! Put these cookies in the cookie jar before they are totally cooled and they'll stay soft.
