Fresh Asparagus Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2012
This was delicious! I used chicken broth because it was what I had and added a little garlic (because I like it) while simmering the onion and asparagus.

Thick Cut-Outs

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!!! It is so completely fail proof (which is the best thing ever when you have a 3 and 4 year old helping). They taste great and are thick and chewy.

Coco-Cola Cake II

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2009
I made this to make to a Xmas gathering, so we didn't get to eat it warm but it was still really good. I took the leftovers home and microwaved a piece for 30 seconds...OMG it was amazing! I saw a lot of ppl complained about the marshmallows clumping up in the middle so I melted them in the chocolate mixture before I poured it over the flour and sugar. It worked perfectly. Hope this helps someone :)

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Amazing!!! I didn't have OJ t follow other reviewers suggestions, but I didn't want to use water either so I used what I had on hand...Apple Cider. I also used blackstrap molasses and yes do chill the dough before rolling into balls. Theses were amazing!!

Pumpkin Drop Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
I made these just to have something different for the holidays. They were amazing! I didn't put the frosting on all of them, just to try it and those were even good! Even my 2 year old son loved them.

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
The flavor of this recipe was amazing! It was so light, fluffy, and moist. TIP: use muffin liners! I only gave it 4 stars because I had to change the measurements and doctor the recipe a little. IDK if it is bc I live in such a dry and high altitude climate, but I had to use 2/3 Cup oil and 2/3 Cup milk and added 2 Tbs of flour. I also used brown sugar instead of white sugar, doubled the cinnamon (because I like alot). I also only used 2 Tbs of butter in the topping.
