Cake Balls

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
These are great! Endless variations for flavor on this recipe. I chose to add a small package of strawberry banana jell-o (dry) to the cake mix before baking and then used a vanilla frosting - delicious! The cake balls are excellent frozen, even without the exterior coating. The appearance is definitely impressive!

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
This is a great recipe to make a simple sweet and sour chicken in a slow cooker. I followed the recipe but cut the BBQ sauce down to one bottle, (I used Sweet Baby Ray's, my absolute fave), crushed pineapple, red onion and celery (no green pepper on hand). Tasted great served over rice; definitely sweet and tangy!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
YUMMO!!! Followed the suggestions by others to place in a water bath and leave in the turned off oven (mine for 3 hours), turned out perfect with...NO CRACKING! This cheesecake is absolutely divine; cannot wait to make for a party.

Asian Orange Chicken

Wonderful recipe! I recommend using the original recipe's cornstarch measurement to create a thicker, gooeyer restaurant quality sauce.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
I followed this recipe EXACTLY and the cookies were fabulous! I baked for 9 minutes (using dark, non-stick sheets) and the timing was perfect. Don't worry about leaving the cookies on the sheet to cool with the mint on top; the center stays soft and chewy for days. For me, this recipe yielded 4 and a half dozen fairly large cookies. Huge hit, will definitely be adding these to the rotation. Thanks for the great recipe!
