Braised Balsamic Chicken
I would give it 5 stars, but first of all, I didn't follow the recipe exactly... so I'm not certain how it would taste doing so... I ran out of diced tomatoes without realizing, but I had a can of crushed tomatoes... they worked great! I also sliced some garlic and added when browning onions and chicken. I would, from now on, cube the chicken (easier to cook, easier to eat). All and all, this was wonderful! I LOVE the flavor! It was great!!!! Will make again, maybe with diced tomatoes next time... then again, maybe not! ;-)

Fruit Muffins
Am I the only one that had to add more milk? It was more like a dough than a batter, so I had to add nearly a full extra cup of milk! I also added vanilla extract and a little brown sugar for flavor. We used mixed berries, and they were really good with the changes I made. But VERY EASY!!!

Chicken Kiev
Made this tonight for my family!!! What a hit!! We used Crisco instead of vegetable oil, it fries so much better. I fried and then baked as others suggested. My family LOVED it! Even if some of the butter escapes, it flavors the chicken enough that its not a huge deal! Very good! We will make a again!
