This is the second time I made this cheesecake, I followed the recipe exactly the first time and it was fantastic...this time I attempted to make it "low carb" by substituting Splenda for the sugar and omitting the flour ~ it basically exploded in the over which surprised me because I have adapted plenty of other recipes in the past and never had this experience. Does anyone know why this would have happened? (I am rating this on how it came out the first time when I followed the recipe exactly, not on this attempt!),
