Fried Rice I

Really good and easy. I added some sauteed cabbage and bean sprouts since I had them! I also used beef instead of bacon since that is also what we.

Easy Mexican Casserole

Excellent recipe ~ I didn't change a thing and it turned out fantastic! All 4 of our kids loved it ~ it's almost impossible to find a recipe that everyone likes but this one hit the mark!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Excellent recipe ~ per other reviews, I added a bit more cream (instead of milk) and 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup so it wasn't dry. We had leftover pie crusts from pumpkin pies and leftover turkey from Thanksgiving that I used in place of the chicken ~ turned out excellent and even our very picky 11 year old had seconds and asked when I could make this again! Will definitely be making this again, great for leftover chicken or turkey!
