I made this recipe tonight, with a few tweeks from others who reviewed this recipe... I did a dry rub of garlic powder, black pepper, montreal steak seasoning and a pork rub. I also used about 18 oz of A&W root beer...because I had 2 and a half pounds of tenderloin cooked it for 5 1/2 hours turned it half way through...drained it then shredded it and used one and a half bottles for sweet baby rays sweet and spicy BBQ sauce and cooked for another hour..stirring half way through. It came out FANTASTIC!!! We had it on fresh sandwich rolls from the bakery and I made a homemade cole slaw to go with it. It truly is simple and easy and deserves 10 stars..
