Slow Cooker Turkey Legs
This was good. I just eyeballed the seasonings and made sure the turkey legs were well coated. I sprinkled with poultry seasoning, garlic salt, pepper and some Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning (which is really good to use in place of salt as it gives a lot of flavor). Wrapped in foil and put them in the crock pot for about 5 hours. They were falling off the bone. I liked having them wrapped in foil because it made for easy transfer and cleanup.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup
This is very good. I changed it as follows: Only used 4 egg yolks (didn't like it with 8) Used a lot less Chicken soup base - just did this to taste. I also used some diced meat from a Lemon Pepper Rotisseree chicken which added a nice flavor. Have made this with both white and brown rice and it was good both ways. I also omitted the Flour / butter was thick enough without it.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
I made this for the office and everyone liked it. I added chopped onion and a little salt & pepper to the mixture. I also put a bit of cheddar cheese on top under the grated parmesan cheese.
