Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2015
This wasn't the best, but probably could be used as a starter base.

Cabbage Beef Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2014
A really good base start for cabbage beef soup. However I did make some changes to suit our taste. I used beef stock instead of water and I used a whole medium onion, left out the cumin as I didn't want a chili taste. I also add a little beef base to give it more flavor. Had pinto cooked and used those. Really good.

When I make this I do use frozen okra, lima, kidney and butter beans and what makes this standard recipe so great is using the veggies you and your family like

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2014
OH YEAH!!!! Been looking for years and I never have to look any further. Let me say I did cut the recipe down to serve 4 Didn't have garlic pwd so I used chopped garlic and I am ashamed to say I didn't have dried basil either but I did have chopped fresh basil paste so I cut that down to 1 Tbsp. Thank you Kookie for sharing this awesome marinade.

Grouper with Lemon White Sauce

WONDERFUL...Nothing needs to be added or removed. Super fast and easy. For a great dinner try steamed asparagus with slivered almonds, fresh corn on the cob and Loaded baked potatoes. Looks and taste like you have slaved mover the stove all day. :)

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2014
I am on a fixed income as so many of us are. The first thing I do is cut the recipe down to 2 serving. If it isn't to my liking I haven't lost that much I used as recommended and I am NOT a salt person by any means. Using low sodium is always a good choice. I thought it was VERY GOOD and I will make again
