I made this last night & it was a hit. I made 1/2 a batch and it was plenty for my family of 5. Super easy but does take a little time.

Albondigas Soup I

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2008
I really liked this recipe. I added carrots and cilantro at the end. The meat balls were really good. I used SPG to season them. Equal parts salt, pepper, granulated garlic. My kids even ate all this. BIG DEAL around here.

Simply Lemon Baked Chicken

Reviewed: May 20, 2003
I really didn't think this would be all that good. Shows how much I know about cooking. I loved it. The CHicken was moist and the flavors mingled well. I did decrease the salt to just 1 Tablespoon. I will definately make this again. THANKS LISA

Angel Hair Pasta Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2002
I found this to be a good start to a great recipe. My husband is a chef and he said fresh herbs would be better, I agree. Also some of the suggestions with the peppers sound good. You can really fix this up. Thanks for the start.

Kielbasa and Veggies

I have been tweeking this recipe for 5 years. I dice the pots. with the skin on(hopefully this makes them more healthy), I use a 16 oz. bag of frozen Broccoli florets, Turkey Kielbasa(again to make more healthy)and salt, pepper and granulated garlic, then I cover it with shredded colby-jack cheese when the pots are done. KIDS LOVE IT!!!! A hit every time. Good luck to all.

Very good. I suggest cutting the recipe in half, just so you don't eat it all and feel guilty later. It was VERY easy and my kids loved it also.

This recipe is soo... easy. I did find it too tomatoey, though. I will try the version with the beef consume next time. I think it would be easy to make it your own recipe with just a few tries.

Cabbage Patch Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2001
I really improvised with this recipe. I don't have a crock pot, so I did it on the stove. It cooked in about 30 min. I added some red pepper for color and when I served it I put cheese on top for the kids. They love anything with cheese. It was really good!! I will be making this recipe again.
