Fantastic!!! My husband loved this as did I, I followed the recipe completely except I used fresh tomatoes from the garden. Very fresh and flavorful. Served lukewarm.

This was excellent! My whole family loved it. I followed the recipe exactly except I didn't use fresh parsley. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but the flavors were just fabulous!

London Broil II

Reviewed: May 17, 2006
This was wonderful, the flavors were great and it was a nice way to make a cut of meat that I never prepared before. I had a larger cut so I doubled the marinade but followed the recipe as written. My family really enjoyed it and I will make again.

Baked Zesty Carrots

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
I have a version of this recipe that I make. I boil fresh carrots until tender, drain but keep 1/4 cup of the juice. Add the carrots to a dish and mix the juice with 1/4 cup of melted margarine,1/4 cup mayonaise 2tbsp onion, pepper and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. I didn't have horseradish on hand but I used a tablespoon of chili powder and mix it all together and bake for about 15 min. DELICIOUS!!!!! I am not a fan of cooked carrots but I will eat these any day and my family loves it.

The family really loved this, I had mine over toast but the rest of them had it over noodles and just loved it. I used a clove of minced garlic which added some extra flavor. Great!

Green Beans With Walnuts

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2006
These were the best green beans I have ever had and I really do not care for green beans. I used frozen beans and also a clove of garlic and olive oil like others have mentioned because I didn't have walnut oil. Excellent and I will definately make again.

This was absolutely delicious and very simple to prepare. I loved the presentation and the aroma in the house after cooking it. The taste was super and my family loved it. It is the perfect meal for company. I used canned mushrooms and less garlic but it turned out super.

The Best Chicken Salad Ever

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2004
this was absolutely amazing. I had never made chicken salad before and it was a hit in my house. I added some chopped walnuts and diced apples for some texture but the straight recipe was delicious the way it is.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2004
My Husband loved this. I thought it was a nice different way to make pork chops. The meat came out tender and the gravy was great. I usually do not like cream of mushroom soup as a gravy but it turned out good. I will definately make again!

Barbecued Country Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2004
I didn't really like this. My Husband did like it and it was a different way to make Pork Ribs. Cooked in the slow cooker and it came out really tender but the flavor isn't my gig. I am not a fan of hot pepper sauce or barbeque flavor. I would make again for family though. It was pretty easy.

Amazing!!! Made it on the stovetop and added cubed chicken breast for some extra meat. My family loved it and thinks it's better than the bowl you can get at the restaurant. I think so too!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: May 19, 2004
This was very very good. My husband raved about it and went on even after dinner was over. My son who came home "not very hungry" when he saw roast had 3rds! I followed everything to the tee except I had a larger roast so I cooked it longer but it made the house smell so good. It was the best roast I've ever made and will definately add it to my recipes.

Yum-Yum Corn

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2002
Amazing, this has become a favorite in our family and a dish people request that I make and bring to functions. I make it exactly as is. Tried it with canned corn and it comes out with a little different flavor though. Stick with frozen.
