Easy Meatloaf

This recipe really lacked major flavour and the onion was overpowering. I wouldn't make this again. I love meatloaf, but this particular one was too bland for me.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Really great recipe! Substituted plain yogurt for sour cream. I also prefer to mash the bananas rather than slice them. Perfect banana bread!

This recipe needs some tweaking. Always mix your dry ingrediants seperatly from your wet ingrediants, and then fold your dry gently into your wet being careful not to overmix. The bread was a bit dry to me, though the taste was nice.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Pure Heaven! Increase salt and baking powder to 1 tsp. each. I didn't glaze them, they're perfect without it. I also added 1 tsp. of sweet chili seasoning. Amazing!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

I loved this!!! It looked and tasted amazing. I used taco seasoning instead of chili powder and I increased the cream cheese to 4 0z. I also left out the crushed chips and added more taco sauce. This is a new favourite in our house!

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

These turned out beautifully...very rich and creamy.I added some grated gruyere cheese about 15 minutes before taking them out. My guests loved them. The only issue with this recipe? They took much longer than the 60-70 minutes stated. Mine were just perfect at about an hour and forty minutes.
