Uncle Jon's Watermelon Salsa
It was veryy healthy and pretty, but bland...maybe more garlic and herbs would help? Will make again with more spices.

Crab Delights
These were great. I halfed the mayo and butter (trying to be a little healthier) and you couldnt tell. I got lots of compliments and came home with an empty tray.

Avocado Feta Salsa
It was great! I used 2 avacados, dried herbs (teaspoon of each) and I had sun dried tomato feta. I made my own pita chips. I came home with an empty bowl
