Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2012
This is wonderful. Cut it in half for just my husband and I (and my 10 month old). I added a can of vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots) and covered with chicken broth. I added a little poultry seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Chicken Marsala Over White Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
I have tried other Marsala recipes from this site and I haven't liked any of them. This one is so simple and was amazing. Restaurant quality! I followed the recipe exactly except for the fact that I cut it in half for just my husband and I. I made it even easier and used 90 second microwaved brown rice. I served it with green beans. Awesome!

Nacho Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
This is pretty good. I think it's actually better as a dip to use with tortilla chips. I used medium salsa instead of tomatoes and mexican shredded cheese. I didn't put the Doritos on top (which made it better as a dip). I used a little sprinkle of garlic powder instead of garlic salt. I think it would be great for a dip at a super bowl party. Will make again!

Shepherd's Pie VI

I followed everything except for the fact that I used frozen peas & carrots and added a packet of brown gravy w/ water. It was so bland. It needs something but I dont know what.

Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2011
These are really good. Best when they are still warm. Crust is crumbly but that didnt matter. Even after they are fully cooled, u can pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds and they melt in your mouth! Great recipe! My husband brought some to work and they were gone within minutes. Everyone raved about them!

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
These are awesome. I take 3 chicken breasts and makes tenders. I let them marinate over night. I fry them in vegetable oil in a saute pan on med/low heat for about 12-15 minutes and then put them in the oven on about 400 for 5-10 minutes for extra crispness. I serve them with some frozen corn and garlic dill potatoes.

Very good. I boiled some yukon golds for about 20 minutes and added the rest of the ingredients. They were great. Served them with green beans and a filet mignon. Will make again. Super easy!

This soup was the best soup I have ever had in my life!!!! I used 2 cans of beef broth, 2 cans of water and 3 tsp better the boullian (located by the bouillans), 1/2 an onion (chopped), 1/2 can diced tomatoes w/ garlic, fresh carrots, fresh cubed potatoes, 1/2 can drained corn, fresh green beans, 3/4 cup frozen peas, oregeno, 1 bay leaf, 1 1/2 pounds stew meat, and the beef onion soup mix. It took about 10 hours on low for the potatoes to be done. Sooooo tasty!!!!

Chicken Crunch

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
I used cream cheese instead of sour cream and I think that made it too thick. Next time I will use the sour cream or add a little milk or something. The crackers make it great! crunchy and a little salty. I added some frozen peas and I think would be fairly boring without them. I will for sure make this again.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
I used a 3 1/2 lb roast and it came out great. I browned the meat in a little olive oil and garlic. I used one can of beef broth instead of water. I added the carrots and cooking onions about 2 hours in and added the potatoes(small yukon golds) with about 3 hours remaining. I let it cook for 10 hours. The meat was a little fatty, so I might use a sirloin roast next time. The flavor was wonderful.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
Very tasty and fairly simple. I've never attempted any fish before and I found this very easy. I used frozen Tilapia and just let thaw out for a few hours and it was good to go. Tasted just as good as fresh and made it very easy.

Very good. My husband and I thought it was wonderful. I listened to the other reviews and did not use apple juice. I used white wine and chicken broth instead. Tasty indeed!
