Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2015
Loved this! The only thing I did different was to add cooked diced bacon to the dish. I happened to have bacon that needed to be used up. Thanks for this wonderful recipe, I will be using it again and again.

Love this recipe, have made it a few times. My son and husband also love it. This time I'm using some carnita meat I have left over from earlier this week. The other times I made it as written. Thanks for sharing, this one is printed and in my recipe folder. :-)

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2015
Delicious as written, also I think this recipe would be good with added seasonings based on what your family likes. I'm thinking of adding Italian seasoning, then maybe some Parmesan or mozzarella on top a few minutes before its done. I think I will use this in many variations, thanks for this great recipe. The whole home grown pork loin was devoured ! Glad we have more loins in the freezer.

Quick and Easy Cheese Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2015
Loved this! I took the suggestion of others and used a cup of milk, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. I think I might also try to cut the sugar and use garlic as was suggested by another person to make a savory bread. That said, this bread is sweet and delicious. Thank you

Venison Stew I

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2014
Very good, I did add peas and corn but followed the recipe other then that. I don't generally love venison, but my son and husband do. This made it very tender, and the flavor was great. Thank you, I will be using this again and again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2014
Fantastic exactly as the recipe is written! We all loved it. I'm thinking about making it again, its a cold rainy day. But my ham is frozen, might try with bacon instead. I think it will be good that way too. As someone else said, I may use this as a base for other soups, like broccoli too.

Grilled Venison Backstrap

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2012
This was the first time I really enjoyed Venison. I followed the recipe until time to cook, we put it in our smoker instead of grilling. We used mesquite, it turned out fantastic! That marinade made a huge difference!!

Refried Beans Without the Refry

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2012
The only thing I changed after making this the first time, was I made more the next time!! LOL, everyone loved them. Once I took them to a church pot luck, they went over well. Super easy, and delicious. Since I have made them several times, I just guesstimate the seasonings now. Great every single time. Thank you for this recipe!
