WOW! This is THE BEST Tartar Sauce I have ever had. I scaled the servings down to 4 and it still tasted out of this world delicious! I will never buy tartar sauce again. Thank You Diane!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
Wow!! This recipe was great. My husband and I both loved the addition of cottage cheese. I used Anna Marie's recipe for enchilada sauce (minus the chocolate) and it all came out so good. I think you could even leave out the sour cream completely and it'd still be delicious. Thanks for the good recipe annabell!

Herbed Cottage Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
Yummmmy!! I'm on a new diet, trying to fit protein in and this was the first time I had cottage cheese without fruit. SO GOOD! my changes: did not add the salt at all, used full fat cottage cheese. It came out so great. This is definitely a new favorite! Thanks for the recipe!!

Crazy Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
I had to use apple cider vinegar beacause it was all I had on hand. Needless to say, my cake didn't rise. The batter tasted good though. So I know it could have been a great cake.

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
Sooo goood! This was the perfect soup for a cold evening. I didn't have as much milk so I substituted some home made cream of chicken I had and I think it gave it a very nice flavor. I also added a pinch of rosemary. Delicious!!

Herbed Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2009
I made these with the herbs halfed down and salt paired down as well. I put them in the slowcooker with my chicken stew and they were a doughy dense mass..More like a dough tumor than a fluffy delightful dumpling. Maybe they aren't fit for slowcookers. I have to give 4 stars for ease and taste..if they came out nicer they'd definitely be 5 stars!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole III

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2009
What I did different: 1 3/4 cups sour cream, 2 cups cheddar cheese, baby bow tie pasta (mixed in), crushed croutons ontop and no olives or parmesan (didn't have either on hand) and I steamed my broccoli. I also made my own cream of chicken soup which I think makes a huge difference. All in all, it could have had some more spice to it. I didn't add the curry because of what everyone said, but I wish I did. This was my first time making a casserole and I think I was just too light on the seasonings. Everyone is right though, it is yummmy the next day!
