Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2011
The wonderful thing is they actually hardened. This is the hardest thing with these no bake recipes. I used Hersheys dark chocolate cocoa for all you dark lovers out there. I was out of vanilla and but they still came out great. Thanks for sharing recipe. Ruth

Potato Pancakes II

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2010
I've been eating these as well since a kid. You know I've never thought to add cheese. I've always added a lil' white onion. No onion this time, used your recipe. The cheese gave them a lil' firmer texture and they were wonderful. My husband normally doesn't care for these because of the center being soft, but he really liked these. Thank you.

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
This is great for anyone to get a basic start and start making their own pancakes. The kids loved them. You can add and minimize ingrediants to your liking with the exception of the amounts you have to have to make a basic pancake. I doubled the recipe, substituted oil for applesauce, used less sugar, used half milk/half water, also I minimized salt. Thank you.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
Great recipe and you can mix it up a bit. I make muffins and use some form of applesauce or baby food instead of the vegetable oil. I also added a lil' bit of shredded coconut and added way less sugar and it was fine. I reduced sugar to almost 1/2 because the applesauce and bananas are sweet. I also added some yogurt I had on hand to subsittute buttermilk I did not have as recommended by another reviewer. I made double batches and did not add nuts. Also, added some cinnamon and pumkin spice. It was yummy and the texture is nice to. Not to moist and not to dry. Great muffins. Thank you.

No Bake Cookies II

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
These are wonderful quick chocolate fixes!! You can add 1/2 peanut butter for more of a reeses flavor. You can also cut back sugar just a bit if you don't like them so sweet. Just remember to bring to a rolling boil for about 4min. at least. Anything past four starts to get a lil' crumbly for me. Thanks for sharing. I lost my old recipe.

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2010
These were yummy and perfect for me. I did cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 cups instead of 2 cups. I think next time I might even go down to 1 cup and they would still be delicious. Just because I take lil' steps to be a lil' healthier. :) Oh, and by the way I probaly should have reduced baking soda as well since I reduced sugar. Will do that next time. Texture is crisp and chewy depending on how long you cook them. If you like them chewy just pull them out a few min. early and let them finish cooking on the stove top. Like them more crispy obviously leave them in a few extra min. Thanks for sharing this easy and tasty treat. This one deserves a hug.

Banana Peanut Butter Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2010
This was perfect and exactly what I was looking for as far as taste. It was also moist and not to dry. I only used 1 banana, and did not use 1/2 cup walnuts. I made exactly 12 muffins instead of bread. Yummy, thanks for sharing.

Thank you. These came out picture perfect and tasty yummy. I'm making these for my Grandmothers Birthday. She is 75 today and these are her favorite cookies. She will love them I'm sure of it. I substituted butter as well. Only because I love real butter flavor in my sweets. Thank you for sharing. Ruth Hernandez L.R., AR

Chewy Oatmeal Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
These were really good and easy. I didn't have choco chips so I had to skip out on these. I added just a lil' less sugar and replaced some flour with wheat flour. All I had was self rising and it worked for all of you skeptics out there. I used pecans for the nuts. Yummy, thanks! RuthY Ruth
