Szechwan Shrimp
This was absolutely delicious; better than take-out! I followed the recipe as posted, and although it WAS a bit spicy, my husband and I loved it that way! We had it over boiled white rice. Very simple & filling dish; will definitely make this again!

Seafood Pasta Salad
This didn't come out good for me at ALL. I did up the serving size to 12, but I followed the recipe to a tee so I'm not sure where I went wrong. Maybe it's just that I personally don't like the taste of it, but I definitely won't attempt it again!
