Sweet and Sour Ground Pork Stir-Fry
My family loved it. I added Kale to it. I think you could mix about any veggies in it and the flavor will mask most of them. So if you have a hard time getting your kiddos to eat green stuff you could pack it in here and it wouldn't hurt it. However, I might try cutting back on the sugar and see if I can get the same flavor results.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
"Good Stuff" to quote my husband. My children chowed it down! I did do a few things different but I don't believe I changed the recipe enough not to rate it according to how it is written. I didn't use powdered garlic but used left over roasted garlic (3 cloves) and I freeze my cream cheese so when I melted the cream cheese and added the cloves I used my emulsifier to cream the mixture. I tried the sauce and it was awesome on its own, but I wanted to use up some left over smoked chicken so I added that and it added a nice layer of flavor. Also, I was concerned when I mixed it with my noodles that it was too thin, but it does thicken up! So don't freak out when you add it to your noodles, give it a little time like the recipe states and it will turn out nicely.

I think the dumplings turned out like the recipe called for them to; they were excellent but I may have made them too big for my family's taste. I believe that when I make these dumplings again with this recipe I wouldn't make them so large. However this may be difficult because when I was experimenting with the sizes, it was hard to form them into smaller dumplings. So for me it will take a few tries to figure out the right technique to get the right size that works for my crew. These dumplings work well with another recipe from this site "mom's paprika chicken" (pictured with the dumplings.)
