Orange-Pecan Icebox Cookies

Very nice. Simple,easy,and not too sweet. Will be a Christmas regular. We might try more orange zest or perhaps a dash of orange extract. Be sure to pre-roast the pecans and give them a quick whirl in a food processor.

Old-World Cabbage Soup

Not bad,cut the catsup to 1/3,replaced with tomato sauce. Good choice. Used spicy V-8,added crushed red pepper flakes and garlic powder.
