Manicotti Alla Romana
This was very good. I only used half the package of spinach and I added a diced red pepper and 1 cup mozzerella cheese into the meat mixture (the mozza cheese I added after it had cooled a bit). Thanks for a great pasta recipe!! Took some time, made a mess and had a GREAT meal!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I have made so many different cookie recipes.. These ones are FANTASTIC. The dough is simple to work with if you follow these steps: Make sure to put it back in the fridge between rolls. Flour the table and the rolling pin.. roll lightly once (still 1" thick).. flip the dough, dust with more flour roll again (about 3/4 inch thick), flip the dough once more, dust and roll to the 1/4-1/2" thickness. The cookie is pretty to look at and best of all the taste is GREAT!! I would give this recipe 10 stars if I could.. I followed it EXACTLY and cooked them for about 8 minutes. Thanks for a superb recipe! (MAKE SURE NOT TO OVERCOOK) the cookies should be very light in color.. not golden brown (the bottoms will be golden).

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies
The flavour of these brownies is wonderful. I cooked them for about 18 minutes and it was definately not enough. (very hard to tell as the toothpick method does not work due to the gooey marshmallows, chocolate and butterscotch). I will add a little more flour and cook them for atleast 20-23 minutes the next time I make these and I will make them again! They are very good and VERY rich! Thanks
