Baked Dijon Salmon

I prepared this in a foil pan and cooked it on the grill. Just fabulous. The Dijon sauce was fantastic. I will make this again anytime I have salmon. It was so easy...and tasty. Absolutely five stars!

Rachel's Tomato Basil Soup

I made this for a Soup Day lunch @ work and made according to the directions exactly. It truly is a five star recipe. Everyone raved about it being restaurant quality soup. I did doubled the recipe. If you make it don't change a thing!!! Thanks Rachel for such a fine soup:)

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is such a quick and easy recipe it's hard to believe how good it is. Just delicious! I made it this morning to have for later in the day and almost ate it for breakfast.
