Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
Never will I make the bland "traditional" recipe again. This was fantastic! I did use French fried oinions instead of the crackers because that is what I had, but I am sure they are equally good with the crackers.

Chocolate Thumbprints I

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2009
A good chocolate cookie. I was looking for a chocolate cookie that I could add my peanut M&M's to and this worked perfectly minus the nuts and confection filling.

Cinnabun Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2009
OMG! Just as good after they have cooled as they where from the oven. I didn't use the dollop but did use parchment paper and they turned out perfect; icing them as suggested. I thought I might want more fillingthe next time but the end result was just fantastic as written.

Chocolate Brittle Surprise

So easy and so good. I did not follow the recipe and went by the reviews that said more butter and sugar. I think I would like it better with less and next time I will follow the recipe as written.

Be sure to chop the macadamia nuts into big chunks. I liked them better when they had completely cooled.

I used a pie crust with this, green beans instead of the corn and added cheddar cheese on top of the meat layer and as a garnish on top. Wonderful.

Spicy Haddock

Not only tastes great but it gives the fish nice color. Use the pepper sauce to taste but do add it.

Spiced Pumpkin Molasses Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
Didn't have to feel guilty about eating these. I added 2 tablespoons of wheat germ and sprinkled the top with flaxseed meal before baking and added the walnuts as suggested. A very good muffin that I will make again.

White Chocolate Pumpkin Dreams

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
Awesome. Everyone that tried them raved about them. I had to quickly get give them away so I wouldn't over indulge. I lightly frosted them and used about half the nuts and 3/4 of a bag of the white chocolate chips, as was suggested. Your baking time may vary, depending on what you desire. What a great cookie.

Sauteed Curried Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
Really good. I love curry and I love garlic. I added a little finely chopped green pepper mostly for the color but they compliment the corn as well.
