Janet's Rich Banana Bread
i was a little weary about trying a banana bread with sour cream.. sounds like a really odd mix.. but aside from adding a teaspoon of baking powder i followed the recipe exatcly as written... it turned out VERY VERY moist and tasty. I have searched and tried many banana bread recipes looking for the best and most moist bread and i feel that i have to look no further!! usually i have to let the breads rest for a day to get it nice and moist, but by the evening i baked it, it was MOIST and VERY tasty! i don't even need any butter (although im sure it would be good with some) and it doesnt taste sour creamy at all.. LOVE this recipe and defiantly adding it to the keepers log!
