Reuben Sandwich II

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
this is the same as my moms recipe and i have been making them for 20 years, if you put a lid on the pan while toasting the sandwiches, the whole sandwich will be hot and the cheese will be melted. so wonderful and easy!

Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
great easy bars, very kid friendly as well my 2 year old eats them up. definitely throw the spinach in while you sautee the onions, easier, more flavorful spinach, and less clean up.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
I rarely rate things that I think are less than 5 star, but I had to give my input on this one. I followed the recipe to the T and the chicken turned out greasy and not crispy like it was supposed to. Bland in flavor, I had to add quite a bit of salt to make it edible. Sorry, this one just wasn't good in our opinion.

Allie's Delicious Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
VERY GOOD! This one should be the highst rated one on here as I have tried most of them. By far, this is my fav and I like that it does not have processed cheese in it. Per other suggestions I substituted cheddar cheese for the mozz, and added tsp mustard powder and Worcestershire sauce. PERFECT! I am making this for company tonight.

Herb-Crusted Chuck Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
AWESOME!!! We have this every 2 weeks or so over rice and it is wonderful! Great change to the traditional mushroom soup kind. A great tip, cook in slow cooker, let cool and put in refrig overnight. This way you can take the fat off the top, and then just re-warm it on the stove, same great taste without all the fat, and you can make it ahead of time.

Pretzel Turtles

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
very good, however, i used dove chocolates with caramel and i baked for 3 minutes at 300 and they got way too soft and all the caramel ran out and got all over the pan. maybe my oven is hot or that kind of chocolate is too soft but next time i will try another kind of chocolate and cook for 1 minute at a time. And also, you will need to put directly in the freezer from the oven because the chocolate will continue to melt and spill over making the chocolates not very pretty.

wow! was skeptical but these are soooo good, make sure you cook them long enough, i cooked for the recommended time and they were pretty much raw in the center but we refrigerated them and ate them anyway and i have gotten asked on several occations to make them again.
