Fantastic--a truly delicious addition to our repertoire! I followed suggestions to cut the oil down to 1/3 cup (and next time I'll probably use 1/4). I also used olive oil. I added a bit more sesame oil because we like that flavor a lot. I also added julienne yellow and orange bell peppers, blanched sugar snap peas, a handful of grape tomatoes, and sliced water chestnuts. I think the salad really needs the extra veggis, but the dressing is so delicious, I'm sure I'd still eat it without them.
This is a real keeper. If you like Asian flavors, you won't be dissapointed.
