Cheddar Cheese Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
This is a delicious cheese bread. As suggested by other reviews, I add another half cup of cheese to 2 cups and I cut the sugar by half tablespoon to 1 1/2 tbsp. It is absolutely delicious and tasty and it stays soft too the next day. Will definitely make this again. Cheers for this recipe. Thanks, Heather!

Rosemary Herb Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
Great recipe. I used 2-1/2 cups of bread flour and 1/2 cup of self raising flour as I have run out of bread flour. I cut the sugar down to 1-1/2 tbsp and used 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary from my garden and omit the thyme and marjoram as I don't have any in my kitchen. Everything goes into my breadmachine and a couple of hours later a lovely aromative and delicious bread is ready. I will definitely make this again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2009
My children love this soup. As for me, the taste of the milk is a bit too strong for my liking, maybe I will reduce the amount of milk to 1 cup and replace with half cup of cream. Anyway, my children says that "this is a yummy soup". I had to sprinkle lots of pepper in mine cos of the milky taste.

Mango Sorbet

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2009
This is a great recipe. I make the syrup by boiling 1-1/2 cups water with 8 tbsp sugar, letting it boil for about 15 mins to about 1 cup and leaving it in the fridge overnight. I use 700gm of mango puree and 4 tbsp of lime juice. The next time when I make this sorbet I'm gonna add 1 or 2 tbsp of lime juice, because after freezing, I can't really taste the lime. The texture of this sorbet is just right. Not too mushy or too hard. It is good. Thanks for the great recipe.
