Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
Best Banana Bread I have ever had. My husband loves it. What a money saver making it yourself, its so quick and easy to make. The only thing I do different is I cut the banana into small pieces and I cook for 54 min to make it really moist.

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2010
These cookies were good. I followed the recipe exactly, but regret adding the salt. All I could taste was the salt in the batter and after the cookies were done. I don't usually add salt to cookies like these. Overall I think that they were good, but not the best I have ever had.

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
All I have to say is that my husband (who is not a fan of pork chops) was persuaded to take "just one bite" to try them... well he said holly Shoot these are good!!!!!!!! and that was that! The only thing I did was add a full can of Cream of mushroom so that I would have extra sauce to put over rice.

Kelsey's Cheesy Bacon Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
This recipe is great for the NEW COOK! Although, I wasn't sure when to add the veg oil, so I brushed it on the chicken before adding the sauces. I did cut the mustard in half ( just personal preference) Next time I'm going to add more BBQ sauce and fully cook the bacon on the range and then crumble it up and add it after I add the cheese ( about 5-10 min before chicken is done) My husband loved it and I added this to my recipe box!
