I was looking for a traditional yellow chicken curry recipe, but after reviewing many different ones online, some seemed to lack flavor, which I was avoiding. I thought I’d give this one a try. I have to say the house smelled amazing and my husband even commented on how good the aroma was. I felt 3 tablespoons of sugar was a little too much. I added a diced potato in with the chicken. In addition, I added another tablespoon of curry powder and about one teaspoon of red pepper flakes. The dish was very good, however it’s still lacking something. Next time I may chop up an entire small onion, perhaps that will give more flavor.
This was good and I would definitely make again.
