Pesto Chicken Florentine
Wonderful, Easy recipe! Next time will use at least double the spinach. I used 2 heaping TBSP of pesto (Classico brand). I also just used the standard 12oz or 13oz box of penne since there was quiet a bit of sauce. I also use whole grain pasta and it was wonderful it the dish. Makes wonderful leftover as well. Enjoy! :)

Jalapeno Popper Cups
Awesome recipe! I ended up using phyllo cough and using a regular side cupcake pan. Therefore, I doubled the recipe. I also added more Jalapeno's. Everyone LOVED this recipe! Will make many more times. Thanks for sharing.

Chesapeake Bay Pork Chops
We absolutely loved this recipe! We had never used Old Bay for anything other than seafood. My boyfriend loved it. We also added a little bit more Old Bay than the recipe called for. Definately a keeper!
