Decadent Peanut Butter Pie
ONE!! This recipe is SOOOO delecious! Every bit as good as I thought it would be. So simple (and relatively cheap, I spent maybe $10 for 2 pies). TWO!! I made 2 pies with this, using the Oreo cookie crust. I also used whipped cream for the top layer (don't do this! I didn't know, but after a while, the whipped cream sinks, and gets watery, but this pie is GREAT right out of the freezer, so no worries). THREE!! I also used that magic shell ice cream topping under and over the whipped cream, topping the chocolate layer with crushed Reece's Peanut Butter cups. FOUR!! So while what I made didn't entirely match up to the recipe, the BASE is sooooo good. And YES it is rich, but it's SUPPOSED to be that way, so don't rate it down because of this, PLEASE.

Egg Foo Yung II
I didn't use any of the vegetables listed here because, frankly, I just didn't have them. I needed a recipe for dinner that used a lot of eggs and this was absolutely fabulous! I also didn't use the salt, but we LOVED the sauce, it was very good! I use flour instead of cornstarch to thicken my gravys simply because we like the taste better.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake
Made this cake with very little modifications... Used 50:50 Brown and white sugar in the streusel. The topping was plentiful, but I doubled the whole recipe. I also didn't put the topping on before baking, but instead I let it bake halfway through then layered the top with the streusel. Got good reviews here!
