Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Waaaaaaay too sweet! The topping is as thick as the potato...if I made it again I'd double the potatoes and use the same amount for the topping, but definitely decrease the amount of sugar all together. No one ate more than a taste...Way to sweet-won't make again.

MMMMM... Brownies

OH MY G*D! BEST brownies ever!!!!! I'm allergic to dairy so I used vegan chocolate chips...so AMAZING!!! Not too sweet, just fudgey enough, and cooked perfectly in 25 minutes. YUM!

Amazing Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake

So moist and really great taste! Made it exactly as directed. Cooked for 3.5 hours and let sit on warm for another 30. Would be incredible with some chopped walnuts added in to serve with coffee!

Pumpkin Sheet Cake

Made with my preschool class and didn't use the frosting-it was AMAZING!!! Made a 2nd and 3rd batch to send home individual loaves along with the recipe because it was so good! Moist and so so yummy-thanks!

Apple Crisp

Fantastic! Got rave reviews after making it my 1st time on Thanksgiving. Doubled the recipe and there was barely any left! Lisa C's review was so helpful when she said, "for those who like to measure, I used 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, and approx. 1/8 tsp. salt." Again, I doubled that amount since I doubled the recipe and made it in a foil lasagna pan. Great recipe! Thanks!!!

So good! Used suggestion from another review to line pan with parchment paper-great idea-made it such an easy clean-up! Made as is-fantastic! And I don't even like chicken thighs...until now!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

AMAZING! Took it to a neighborhood BBQ the 1st time I made it and everyone was raving. I used sesame seeds instead of poppy only because I didn't have poppy. Great recipe!

they were really gritty in texture, way too sweet, and the almonds didn't stick. it was crumbly upon the bite as well (falling apart). won't make this again. needs more of a doughy dough.

Quinoa and Black Beans

This was such a hit with visitors during the week my family and my husband's family came to visit. We ALL really enjoyed it! It's excellent just the way it is. For a little variation, today I am making it again adding sauteed chicken, spinach, and zucchini into it!
