Easy Mouthwatering Baked Ravioli

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2013
This was a hit at my house. I did a few things differently. First, I added chopped onion to the browning meat and garlic and omitted the salt. Then I added a Large can of chopped tomato. I used ravioli from the deli section of market and skipped the boiling of the ravioli. Just make sure the meat sauce is a little runny. For the cheese, I added a mixture of Mozzarella, Asiago and Parmesan. Thanks for sharing, this is a keeper.

Brownie-Mallow Bars

Reviewed: May 22, 2013
All I can say is YUM! I made them as written and loved them, but this is also a good base for modifying. Add different nuts and/or white chocolate chips to the brownie. For the person who rated it one star because the marshmallows were too chewy, you baked the marshmallows too long! I baked the dish just until the marshmallows puffed up with and a hint of brown. No longer.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2012
Yum! Made recipe as written, but at the last minute, added about a tsp of prepared horseradish. This gave it just a hint of zip without being overpowering. Thanks for sharing!

Seafood Creole

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
Grat flavor! Following some of the other suggestions, I made 1/2 recipe for most of the ingredients, but didn't half the tomato or spices. We like spicy, and would rate this spice 2/5 (doubling the spices). I did not use a thickener (forgot) but was fine without. Just cook the sauce down a little more to thicken and concentrate the flavors! Served with jalapeƱo cheese cornbread and green salad. Yum!

Cranberry Martini

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
Great holiday cocktail! I am hosting the appetizer portion of a progressive dinner and plan to pre-mix the ingredients in multiple amounts. Then, when time to serve, just need to shake and serve!

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
I was looking for something different for Thanksgiving dessert and one that my husband would eat. He seemed dubious about my selecting this recipe, but with first bite - "This is good!" I followed others suggestions and added vanilla, cutting back on the almond extract. This would also be good as a coffee cake! Thanks for sharing!

Orzo with Tomatoes, Basil, and Gorgonzola

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
What a nice surprise! I made it as directed and it was wonderful! My husband was a little less enthused, felt the cheese overpowered the other flavors. Next time I will put the cheese on the side, and try some pine nuts on top. thanks!

Grilled Soy-Sesame Asparagus

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
Wonderful! I placed the trimmed asparagus in a loaf pan, poured the sauce over and let it sit while preparing the rest of the dinner, tossing the spears occasionally. Cooked the whole dinner on the grill!

Spooky Witches' Fingers

Reviewed: May 16, 2011
I made these for last Halloween, and people are still talking about them! I'm going to have a "witches Fingers" party just before next Halloween. One of my husband's co-workers said they were "really good but deeply disturbing"!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
This chicken has great flavor and has a nice caramelized brown color. I always make more than one meals worth and use the left overs for tacos, enchiladas, etc.
