This really didn't look appetizing. As I was cutting it, I was thinking, why did I make this? Even during my first few small bites, I wasn't sure, but the more you eat, the more you like it. We think it tastes like Domino's chicken kickers on a crust. I used a Boboli crust, about 3/4 cup peppercorn ranch dressing, 2 oz. of hot sauce, 2 small pinches of crushed red pepper, reduced fat mozzarella, and topped with sliced mushrooms. I did finely cube & shred the chicken. Baked for 12 minutes to get a slightly crisper crust. We couldn't eat a lot because it's spicy and rich.
