Used a 2 1/2 lb. angus beef roast. Took others' advice & used 3 cans of cream soups, added oregano, 3 garlic cloves, marjoram, and onion powder. Added potatoes, celery, baby carrots, mushrooms, and celery. Next time, I think I'll only use 2 cans of soup because it made an immense amount of gravy. Also, I think I'll leave out the potatoes and make mashed potatoes instead. Make sure to leave plenty of time for this to get done--because of all the liquid, it took 12 hrs for my little roast to get done.
