Grilled Chicken with Rosemary and Bacon
This was absolutely delicious! We used regular bacon instead of thick cut because that's what we had (3 halves per breast), and it was perfect. We cut a slit in each chicken breast to put the rosemary in so it would be better secured, and it worked great.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions
This was easy, fabulous and so delicious! My boyfriend and I loved it, and I will be making this again. No changes needed to the recipe. Perhaps the people who said it took longer to cook cut their medallions thicker? I cut mine as wide as the bacon slices, and they cooked perfectly in about 17-18 minutes. The only issue I had was that I needed to make another batch of the herb mix because I ran out and had to remake mid-dipping.

Pepper Steak Packet
I'm sure this was delicious as listed, but these are the changes I made based on my feelings about the quantities when assembling the packet. I love steak, so I upped the amount to 1 lb. I used a red and green pepper only, and I cut them into small chunks. Used 1/2 an onion since mine was huge. Did not add zucchini, and only 1/2 the cherry tomatoes. For steak sauce, I used Heinz 57 sauce, and I sprinkled it all with salt and pepper. Then I baked the packet in the oven at 425 as suggested for about 45-50 minutes.
