Caramel Pie II
This was perfect! I boiled the cans on medium for 4 hours. Then, I let them cool almost to room temperature. The consistency of the caramel when it came out of the cans was like the jelled cranberry sauce (i.e. it plopped out of the can and kept the shape of the can). The caramel was spreadable. It set perfectly in the refrigerator. I hope this helps the people that ended up with runny pies!

Jif(R) Peanut Butter Fudge
I gave this recipe 4 stars because it has a great basic flavor. I do not think I would make it the same exact way again. Next time I will use way less sugar and see how that goes. I might even cut it down to 2 cups. The fudge was far too sweet. I'll update this with the results next time I make it. I have decreased sugar in other fudge recipes with positive results, so I doubt this will be a problem. Also, some of the sugar still seemed to be crystallized, although the fudge set perfectly. Anyone know what causes this?

Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
I only used the caramel sauce portion of this recipe and is was delicious. I needed thicker caramel so I cooked it around 8-10 minutes. Also, I only had bourbon on hand, but it did just fine.
