Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup

I omitted the sausage and added in some vegetable stock. I added 3 tbsp of fresh dill and 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar at the end. Exciting flavour!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Phenomenal! I marinated it over night and it was bursting with flavour the next day. (I used mom and dad's garden fresh tomatoes.) Toasted baguette in the oven and allowed guests to serve themselves.

Tiramisu II

I made it twice - the first time as the recipe calls for which was good. The second time was phenomenal. I made 1.5 times as much custard and whipping cream filling. I quadrupled the coffee mixture and only dunked the bottom half of the lady fingers in then drizzled the top half. I made it three days before eating and it was perfect.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

The flakiest most delicious crust ever! I use more water than is called for. I don't keep track, just keep adding tablespoons until it holds together. I also use all butter and no lard. Perfect!

Pumpkin Toffee Cheesecake

Mom's Buttermilk Biscuits

I'm sure they would be good if I knew how to bake biscuits! I put twice as much baking powder in and they still didn't rise. Also I pressed the dough together with my fingers into a square on the pan and just cut the biscuits from that.
