Kentucky Pecan Pie

I followed the directions almost to the T. The exception was I left it in the oven an extra 15 min. past the max baking time. It still didn't set up. I would like to know how long all of the successful pies baked for. I can't believe my 350* is that much different than theirs. And this ain't my first time around a pecan pie! The taste was very good. I didn't find it too sweet. I thought it was rich and caramely. I'm just disappointed that it didn't set up. It was allowed to cool to room temp too. More bake time would have burned it. Foil on top? Maybe. The taste is worth giving it another go though. For now it will be a delicious ice cream topping.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Perfect! Remember to flip the rolls upside down after they come out of the oven. That makes the filling redistribute throughout the rolls. Thanks for sharing a fabulous recipe!

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Best chocolate cake should be it's real title. Very impressive to serve to company. I made this for my good friend's birthday. She and everybody LOVED it! Easy to follow too. This is my new standard chocolate cake recipe.

Very Chocolate Ice Cream

Fabulous and perfect. I've made it twice now. Once, with dark chocolate flecks added before freezing. Second time, it was a base for Rocky Road. It's the perfect chocolate custard style ice cream. It took about 35-40 minutes to freeze in my ice cream maker. It then went into the freezer over night. Smooth, creamy, scoopable, and a premium taste. Just follow the directions and you'll enjoy it too.
