My husband gave this a 10! It was delicious! Definitely only need about half the cheese and I cooked the mushrooms before hand. The honey mustard sauce was very good! This is definitely a keeper : )

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2013
These were ok but I was not that impressed. Followed recipe exactly and they were good but I don't see them being award winning? Maybe it's just a matter of taste they came out more cake like to me which is not what I look for in a cookie.

Michael's Chicken

We make this AT LEAST once a week. It has so much flavor. I cut the vinegar down just a little and add fresh garlic. We use the leftovers for chicken tacos and there are soooo good!!!

I sort of improvised by what I had on hand. I didn't have a lot of broccoli so I added some carrot and potato. I only had half a thing of Velveeta so i added some of that jar cheese with the salsa it. Turned out awesome!

Candy Cane Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2011
Followed the recipe exactly and was not impressed. They do look cute but they brake very easy! i didn't think they tasted very good. The person that wrote about using karo syrup was so right, it worked so good to make the candy stick.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2011
This was yummy! I also used kale instead of spinach. The kale is delicious, it really picks up the flavor of the broth. I used a turkey sausage link and cut it into slices instead of ground sausage.

Mexican Tinga

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
This is very good! It is very easy to make and will definitely be a keeper! I use chipotle peppers all the time and always keep them on hand because they give wonderful flavor. I used three peppers from the can and about 2 tbs of adobo sauce. It's not too spicy, I would add more but have to please the whole family. I also added cilantro and a little chicken broth. We used it for taco filling and everyone loved it with a little drizzle of lemon. Thanks for sharing!

This was very good but I also altered it slightly after reading a few reviews. I cut the oil and butter in half. I aslo cut the white sugar to 1 1/2 cups. It was perfect, not too sweet at all.

Creamy Split Pea Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
This was pretty good. It was on the bland side so I added more salt and pepper. I also added chili powder, and cayenne(not a lot)to give it a little kick. It definitely helped. Next time I would add a little more ham after blending it so it has a little texture.
