Quick Quiche
And excellent idea! A vegetarian option: We don't eat meat, so I crumbled some Romy cheese (the Egyptian equivalent of Parmesean) in the food processor with some coarse breadcrumbs and a few drops of olive oil, and lightly packed into large, heavy ramekins (the same ones I use for souffles). Omitted Bacon from the recipe, but added 2 tsps garlic pwdr, a dash of Italian herbs, spinach and broccoli and sprinkled more cheese on top. FABULOUS! My husband ate two, and he is usually a staunch believer that eggs should only ever be fried, sunny side up! Quick, easy and quick clean up. Merci!

Argentine Lentil Stew
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS STEW!!! I was looking for something quick and simple and warming, and this fit the bill to a T! I adde cubed potatoe and a tsp of chili powder for some kick, and it came out absolutely perfect, served over steamed rice with a grilled chicken breast. My husband actually stopped watching the football match for a full 30 seconds to tell me how delicious it was, and if you knew my husband and his obssession with football, you would know what a compliment this is! Thanks so much Frank, this one is going to be a new favourite in my recipe box! I'd give it a 10 if I could.

Best Brownies
DELICIOUS! I unfortunately have a gas oven which makes regulating exact temperstures for baking impossible, so I tend to burn anything with chocolate in it. Apprehensive though I was, these came out chewy, crisp around the edges and absolutely perfect, not cakey at all. I added 3 tsp of instant coffee to add a cappuccino flavour and and 1 tsp of peanut butter to the frosting to make it a little creamier. The girls at dinner last night ate a whole plate, and my husband asked me to bake a batch for his buddies while they watch the big football match this week. Not typical "guy" food, but whatever!
