Chicken Asparagus Pasta with Cream Sauce

Very easy and was surprisingly tasty. Made as directed except used canned diced tomatoes (drained) and didn't have linguini so used spaghetti instead. Never thought to add the asparagus with the pasta and cook together. Loved the way it cooked up because I like my asparagus crisp tender! Will definitely make again.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Who wouldn't try a recipe when one of the reviews says it's better than sex? Made this exactly as written but it's not creamy or cheesy enough for me. Also, I'm not a big fan of the texture of cottage cheese. I will try again but modify and see if I have better luck. Hubby liked it!

Scrambled Egg Muffins

Definitely a keeper! I didn't have pork sausage so I used some chicken sausage and italian blend cheeses (it was already shredded). Great flavor and easy! Thanks!!

Savory Deviled Eggs

I've only made deviled eggs once before, years ago but now that I've found this recipe, I'll be making them more often. Used white balsamic vinegar and added a tablespoon of diced jalapeno's. Left out the dill because I'm not a fan of the spice (but love the "real" thing"). Gone before half time!

Banana Crumb Muffins

These muffins are exceptional. After reading the reviews, I used 1/3 cup of oil, cinnamon and vanilla. My crumb mixture didn’t turn out too well because the butter was too soft. It’s very important to use the butter at the right temperature to get the correct consistency. I added some chopped pecans to the topping and although they didn’t look the prettiest, the taste is wonderful!

Loved this recipe but the next time I will not cook as long. We like our veggies a little crisp and 12 minutes is a tad too long for our taste.

Pear Banana Berry Bake

Good stuff! Didn't have plain oatmeal so used cinnamon spice, added some chopped pecans to the topping. Also added an apple because I had it on hand. A keeper!

Easy Garden Green Beans

Made these with some overcooked pork chops and thanks goodness I did. At least we had something decent to eat! Used white balsamic vinegar and omitted the cheese because I didn't have any on hand - still a delightful side dish that we'll have again. Thank you for sharing!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Fabulous! My father who doesn't normally like cornbread loved this! Flavor was awesome, however it was a tad dry. Next time I may add some cream corn and see if that moistens it up a little bit. Thank you for the recipe.

Outstanding - I need to practice my crunchy crumb topping though. Possibly the butter was too soft, but they were wonderful anyway. Thank you for sharing.
