Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I baked the cookies by the recipe and then by the suggested changes and I have to say, you need to tweek this recipe. Mine was 1/2 shortening 1/2 Butter (salted) added 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp salt. They turned out great.

Old Fashioned Apple Pie

This was a good recipe. I read the review before baking the pie and decided to reduce the sugar to 3/4 cup to avoid the runny pie syndrome others were experiencing. It turned out really great. Thanks!
