YUM! This definatley pleased the hubby! However, I made the following alterations: 1lb Pork Tenderloin, OMMITTED Garlic Powder, 1/2t Seasoning Salt, 1/2t Basil, 1/2t Oregano, 1/4C Grated Parmesean. Cooked bacon according to directions. OMITTED the butter & oil and just used the reserved bacon drippings. I coated the bacon wrapped tenderlions as instructed, quick pan fried them in the reserved bacon drippings. I DID NOT have a cast iron skillet so what I did was place the quick fried tenderloins on a wire rack ontop of a baking sheet. Popped that in the oven for about 15-20 minutes and the wire rack allowed for any excess grease to drip down and off onto the baking sheet. Very good recipe! Will definatley be adding this to the menu rotation :o)
