Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2008
Very good, and very easy. I didn't have 8 oz of cream cheese, just 6,and it turned out pretty good, a little on the juicy side, so maybe next time, i will add cornstarch, mushrooms, garlic, and onions too.

Creamy Pea Soup

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
This is the best split pea soup ever! Very easy. I used 7 cups water and 1 can of chicken broth, cut the cream cheese into the soup and let it melt there. It is sooo creamy and smooth. Nice looking too. I would add more carrots next time too.

Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2004
Very easy, I added turkey and ham, increased the cheese by a little, and used Ritz crackers. Definitely add the topping the last 15 minutes because it gets golden brown very quickly, so I covered it in foil the rest of the baking time. I also mixed all together, instead of layering. Thanks for the recipe!
