Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Just the right amount of flavor. I may have cooked it a few minutes too long, about 20, so I definitely think I could have taken it out at about 10-15. I also forgot to put the pepper on until it was about half-way through baking, and put way too much, but other than that it was perfect! I did what others suggested about sauteing the butter, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley first, and that was lovely. Overall, very simple and very yummy! Will make it again!

Country Apple Dumplings

OHHH MY GOODNESS. Like everyone else has already said, these are AMAZINGLY delicious. I followed the recipe exactly, and will probably cut back on the sugar and butter next time as they are crazy-sweet so you can only eat about 2 at once, but they are still soooo good! Enjoy it with a glass of milk!

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Love it! I made this to go along with Baked Salmon II recipe, and it was delicious! I made the mistake though, of after taking it off the stove, keeping the lid on, so it still continued to cook and they got a little soggy, but they were still good! I recommend sauteeing for less than 10 minutes, or until bright green, if you like them still crisp like me. Very good!

Baked Salmon II

This was so good! I cut the oil down to about 4 tbsp, and marinated it in a ziploc instead of a pan. I also put foil over the pan when baking instead of wrapping it around the salmon, and it still turned out amazing! Served with rice pilaf and asparagus...mmm yum!! Definintely keeping this one on hand!
