Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2013
I made this cake over the weekend and since I got rid of all my springform pans I just put non-stick aluminum foil in the bottom of my pan and it worked GREAT. The cake was a DEFINITE keeper recipe although because I like cranberries so much I will add extra next time or try adding blueberries also. Cherries or apples would also be good!!

White Chocolate Holiday Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2012
LOVE LOVE LOVED these cookies. I have tried so many white chocolate recipes and this is the BEST ever!!! I used all butter because I had no shortening on hand and I added macadamia nuts, delicious. To the reviewer who said they were flat and crispy I suggest using all butter and making the dough ahead of time and refrigerate covered several hours or overnight (let come to room temp) b4 baking. GREATTTTTTT!!!!

Easy Summer Pie

Reviewed: May 21, 2010
Love this recipe, but I always use sugar cookie mix for the dough. I don't think I would enjoy it at all with a pastry crust, but maybe graham cracker.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: May 21, 2010
I have been making this recipe for several years now and love it, but I use chopped green onions instead of red onion, and when I am pressed for time I buy a bag of real bacon pieces by Oscar Myer. I also toast my almonds and I prefer golden raisins for their lighter taste. Hard to beat for a summer salad.

Cappuccino Cooler

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
I liked this MUCH better than the Iced Mocha recipe. To make it lower in fat though I did freeze my coffee and only put 2 Tblsp of ice cream and extra ice cubes.(I prefer mine a little on the THICK side) .Won't be wasting time & money driving thru McDonald's for Frappe's when I can make them this good. Thanks a million.
