The Best Zucchini Fritters Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2013
Grate or julienne your zucchini and then sprinkle with about a 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt. Let zucchini set in colander and stir a few times over the course of an hour. This technique will rid you of all the zucchini liquid that would compromise your recipe!

Super Nachos

Reviewed: May 4, 2012
This is almost the exact recipe that I use for nachos. Helpful hint...mix the beans with the seasoned beef. Beans alone are sometimes difficult to spread.

Delicious Vegetable Beef Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2010
I use a chuck or rump roast along with a soup bone as my mother has done for years. Definitely a richer broth with a roast vs. ground beef. This is my "deserted island" food choice. My husband and I make it year round.
