Coffee Roast

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Oatmeal Raisin Toffee Cookies

A huge hit! When I went to add the toffee bits, I was surprised to see that I had cinnamon chips instead. I added them anyway and the cookies were fantastic! Next time, I will make sure I have toffee bits and try them that way!

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

This recipe was awesome! I added an onion, used shell pasta and used shrimp that were already shelled and cooked. I just added the shrimp to the sauce at the very end. The sauce was just right for the shrimp--not too heavy or overpowering. I will definitely make this again!

Grilled Pork Loin Chops

This was delicious! It was a huge hit. I was a bit skeptical about the amount of Worchestershire sauce in it, but it worked. No flavours were overwhelming. Next time I will decrease the honey and brown sugar (maybe just leave one out) and add ginger.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

I was a little skeptical about the amount of mushrooms called for in this recipe. I made the recipe as is and was glad I did! I found it made more than 6 servings. I will definitely be making this again!

Oven Roasted Potatoes

I cooked way more potatoes than I thought we would eat. They were a huge hit and all got eaten! I used small red potatoes that I halved. I also used my Pampered Chef stoneware pan. They browned beautifully without having to be turned over. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

We loved this recipe! Like others, I sprinkled the tops with cinnamon sugar. I had enough batter that my 12 muffin tins were filled right to the top and ended up spreading out quite a lot as they cooked. Regardless, they were delicious. It was nice to have a recipe that actually called for lots of blueberries. I will definitely make these again.

Baby Back Ribs

I made these ribs for dinner tonight. I transferred the ribs to a new foil lined baking sheet for the last part of cooking. I brushed with more sauce and cooked an additional 20 mins at 375. Fabulous! I would give it more stars if that was possible!
