P.J.'s Fresh Corn Salad
This was excellent. All the veggies minus the red onion and red pepper came from my CSA, so I loved it for that reason alone. I prepared exactly as printed here. One suggestion I would make is carefully choose your Italian dressing. I prefer to use homemade vs. bottled as the flavor in bottled tends to be a little too artificial to me. Love it, will make it again and again.

Surprise Banana Cake
I loved this cake! I added the one teaspoon of baking powder as suggested by one other viewer and it gave it a bit of a lift. I'm not a fan of walnuts, so I added some bitter sweet chocolate chips to it. I made a little icing with chocolate to add to the top as well.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Excellent recipe! I followed other reviewers suggestions of coating the chicken prior to sauteing. Instead of using flour, I coated the chicken with corn starch. It kept the moisture of the chicken in, while providing something for the sauce to hold on to and helped thicken it. I used sriracha for the hot sauce. I will be enjoying this for the next few days.
